These Terms govern your use of Atlanyas. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Atlanyas (“the app”) is provided by AgemoWare LLC (“we”, “us”). It contains four tools — Human Design, the natal chart, Shadow Work and the Enneagram — and these Terms cover all of them.
Not professional advice. Atlanyas is for self-reflection, education, and entertainment. Human Design, astrology, Shadow Work, and the Enneagram are frameworks for introspection — they are not science, diagnosis, treatment, or a prediction of your future. Natal-chart readings and transits describe possibilities to reflect on, not events, compatibility or outcomes. The app does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional or a local support service.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Atlanyas for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
2. Your content
Anything you write in the app — your journal entries and notes — belongs to you and is stored on your device. We do not claim ownership of it and, because it stays on your device, we do not access it.
3. Birth details and calculation limits
You are responsible for checking the birth date, time and place you enter; every chart in the app is calculated from them. If you mark your birth time as unknown, the app shows only what does not depend on it and keeps the Ascendant, the houses and the Human Design type locked until you add a time. Ephemeris and time-zone data can contain errors; do not rely on the app for any safety-critical decision.
4. Another person’s birth details
Chart comparison uses birth details you enter yourself. Enter another person’s details only with their permission, and remove them if they ask. The comparison is calculated and stored on your device and sent to no one, so looking after that information is your responsibility.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Atlanyas offers one optional premium upgrade, Atlanyas+, which unlocks the deeper material in all four tools. It is available as a subscription (billed monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The store shows the price, billing period and any trial terms before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not within the app.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
- Except where required by law or the app store’s policies, payments are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, and original content are owned by AgemoWare LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in a manner other than through the interface we provide. Do not use the app to harass, stalk, impersonate or draw conclusions about another person without their consent.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any interpretive content is accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgemoWare LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
10. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
