Privacy Policy

Atlanya is built to be private. Your journal, your quiz results, and your Human Design chart live on your device — not on our servers. This policy explains what that means in practice, and the few cases where limited data is processed by trusted third parties.

Atlanya (“the app”) is provided by AgemoWare LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information stored only on your device

We do not require an account and we do not host your personal content. The following is created and stored locally on your device, and is not transmitted to us:

• Your journal entries and Shadow Work writing.
• Your Enneagram results and your Human Design chart and the birth date, time, and place you enter to generate it.
• Your profile name and photo, if you add them.
• Your settings and preferences (theme, language, text size, reminders).

If you delete the app, or use “Delete all data” inside the app, this information is removed from your device.

2. Information processed by third parties

To provide certain features, limited data is sent to the following services. Each acts under its own privacy policy.

• Usage analytics (Amplitude). We collect anonymous, aggregated usage events — for example, which screens or features are opened, and that an action occurred — to understand how the app is used and improve it. These events do not include your journal text, your name, or your birth data.
• Place search (Google Places API). When you type your place of birth, the text you enter is sent to Google to return matching locations so we can determine the correct time zone. This is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play). If you buy Atlanya+, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of your subscription or purchase status; we never receive your card or payment details.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Data retention and deletion

Because your content is stored on your device, it remains under your control. You can erase it at any time with “Delete all data” in the app, or by uninstalling the app. Anonymous analytics events are retained by our analytics provider for their standard retention period.

5. Children

Atlanya is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Security

Your personal content stays on your device and benefits from your device’s own protections. Data sent to the third-party services above is transmitted over encrypted connections.

7. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the app from outside the U.S., the limited processing described above may occur in the United States or wherever our service providers operate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be noted in the app.
