Privacy Policy

Atlanyas keeps your birth details, your charts, your journal and your chart comparisons on your device. There is no account, and nothing you write or calculate is uploaded. This policy lists the few things that do leave the app, and why.

Atlanyas (“the app”) is provided by AgemoWare LLC (“we”, “us”). It contains four tools — Human Design, the natal chart, Shadow Work and the Enneagram — and this policy covers all of them. By using the app you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information stored only on your device

We do not require an account and we do not host your personal content. The following is created and stored on your device and is not transmitted to us:

• Your birth details — the birth date, birth time (or the fact that it is unknown), birthplace name, its coordinates and time zone. You enter them once and every tool uses them. The natal-chart profile is kept in the operating system’s protected storage (the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore-backed storage).
• Your Human Design chart and natal chart, which the app calculates on your device from those details.
• Chart comparisons: the other person’s birth details, which you enter yourself — only with their permission — and the comparison calculated from them.
• Your journal entries and Shadow Work writing, saved readings and private notes.
• Your Enneagram results.
• Your profile name and photo, if you add them.
• Your settings — theme, language, text size, music and the daily reminder, which is scheduled on your device.

The app has no invitations, sharing links or online connections between users; nothing about a chart comparison is sent to anyone. If your device backs up app data to iCloud or Google, that backup is held under your own account with Apple or Google, not by us. “Delete all data” in the app removes all of this information from your device.

2. Information processed by third parties

To provide certain features, limited data is sent to the following services. Each acts under its own privacy policy.

• Birthplace search (Google Places API). When you type your place of birth, the text you type is sent to Google to return matching places, and selecting one retrieves its coordinates so the app can determine the time zone. Your birth date and time are not sent. This is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Please do not type anything but a place name into that field.
• Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play). If you buy Atlanyas+, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. The app receives confirmation of your subscription or purchase status; we never receive your card or payment details.
• Product analytics (Amplitude). The app sends usage events to Amplitude so we can see how the app is used and improve it — for example that a screen or tool was opened, a setting was changed (and its new value), a chart was built, a journal theme was chosen, the Enneagram type number the quiz arrived at, or that a subscription was viewed or bought. Events are labelled with a random app identifier and basic device information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language and mobile carrier name. As with any internet request, Amplitude receives your device’s IP address, and it uses that address to work out an approximate location — country and city. Events never contain your birth date, time or place, coordinates, chart contents, journal text, notes, your name or photo, or anything about a chart comparison. You can switch product analytics off at any time in Settings; from then on no events are sent.
• App configuration (our website, hosted on Google Firebase Hosting). The app downloads a small settings file from our website to decide how the Atlanyas+ screen is shown. The request carries nothing about you or your content; like any web request it includes your IP address, which the host processes in routine server logs.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We do not store your birth details, charts or writing on any server.

4. Data retention and deletion

Because your content is stored on your device, it remains under your control. You can erase it at any time with “Delete all data” in the app; the erase cannot be undone. Deleting the app removes its files too, but on iPhone items kept in the Keychain can outlast the app, so use “Delete all data” first if you want everything gone. Analytics events already sent are retained by Amplitude for its standard retention period; to ask for them to be deleted, email us from the address below and include the app version you use.

5. Children

Atlanyas is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Security

Your personal content stays on your device and benefits from your device’s own protections. Data sent to the services above travels over encrypted connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the app from outside the U.S., the limited processing described above may occur in the United States or wherever our service providers operate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be noted in the app.
