Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Your birth details, charts, journal, results and chart comparisons stay on your device — we don’t host them. See our Privacy Policy for the few things that do leave the app, and Settings to switch product analytics off.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel in your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
I paid but don’t see my access.
Open the app, go to the Atlanyas+ screen, and use Restore purchase. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your purchase receipt.
My chart looks wrong.
Both charts are sensitive to your exact birth time and place — even 20 minutes can change a Human Design Profile or Authority, and the houses of a natal chart move with every hour. Your birth details are entered once for every tool; check them there and the charts are recalculated.
I don’t know my birth time.
Mark it as unknown. Signs, aspects, configurations and patterns still appear; the Ascendant, the houses and your Human Design type stay locked until you add a time. The app never guesses one for you.
Why can’t I select my birthplace?
Choose a result from the suggestion list so the app gets the place’s coordinates and time zone. Check your connection and try a nearby official place name. If it still fails, email us the place name and country — not your full birth details.
Is Atlanyas advice or prediction?
No. Atlanyas is for reflection and self-discovery. Human Design and astrology readings are not predictions, and nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. See our Terms of Use.
How do I delete everything?
In the app: Settings → Data & privacy → Delete all data. It cannot be undone. Use it before uninstalling if you want everything gone: on iPhone, items kept in the Keychain can outlast the app.
