These terms govern your use of Astranyas, including natal-chart readings, personal transits, local or invited chart comparison, saved reflections, and Astranyas Premium.

Astranyas is provided by AgemoWare LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Astranyas Privacy Policy.

1. Reflection, not professional advice

Astranyas provides symbolic astrology content for reflection and entertainment. Readings describe possibilities, not guaranteed personality traits, compatibility, health, events, wealth, legal outcomes, employment results, or future success. The app is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or other professional advice.

2. Birth information and calculation limits

You are responsible for reviewing the birth date, time, place, time-zone resolution and aliases you enter. Some chart features require an exact recorded birth time. When evidence is unavailable or uncertain, Astranyas may omit a reading rather than infer it. Astrology calculations and time-zone databases can contain errors; do not rely on the app for safety-critical decisions.

3. Private invitations and consent

You may share a time-limited invitation for chart comparison. Only invite people who have agreed to receive it, do not publish capability links or codes, and do not use another person’s data without permission. Each participant chooses whether to accept and what limited derived data to share. Either participant can end an active connection according to the controls shown in the app.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for aliases, notes and other text you add. Do not use Astranyas to harass, impersonate, stalk, deceive, violate privacy, infer protected or sensitive traits about another person, distribute unlawful content, bypass access controls, probe invitation codes, or interfere with the service. We may limit or terminate optional network features when necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations.

5. Astranyas Premium

Astranyas Premium is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal date are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase. An annual free trial, when offered, is available only to eligible subscribers under the store’s rules.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal deadline shown by the store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, billing disputes, offer codes and trial eligibility are handled under the applicable store’s policies. Restore Purchase can recover an active entitlement associated with the same store account.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove or change features, content, prices for future billing periods, supported calculations, or network services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will not intentionally remove an already-paid entitlement during its verified active period except where required for fraud, abuse, store correction, security or law.

7. Intellectual property

The app, artwork, calculation implementation, editorial content, trademarks and software are owned by AgemoWare LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app. You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish or train another content system on substantial portions of the readings except where law expressly permits.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astranyas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AgemoWare LLC is not liable for decisions, relationship conclusions, losses or damages caused by treating symbolic content as factual or professional advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Governing terms and contact

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app where required. Store terms control purchase processing. If a provision here is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Questions can be sent to sup@agemoware.com.
