Privacy Policy

Astranyas is designed to keep your primary birth profile and personal reflection data on your device. Optional place search, purchases, and private chart invitations require limited processing described below.

Astranyas (“the app”) is provided by AgemoWare LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy applies specifically to Astranyas, a member of the Atlanyas app family.

1. Information stored on your device

Your primary birth profile is stored in protected app storage on your device. It can include your chosen display name, birth date, recorded or approximate birth time, birthplace label, coordinates, time zone, and the resolution needed to handle daylight-saving transitions. The app recalculates chart facts from that profile.

Saved Insights, private notes, local chart comparisons, settings, and cached reading labels are also stored locally. Astranyas does not upload this local content merely because you create or read a chart.

2. Place search

When you type a birthplace, the search text is sent to Google Places API to return matching locations. Selecting a result may send its Google place identifier so the app can retrieve coordinates and determine the relevant time zone. This processing is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Do not enter private notes into the place-search field.

3. Optional private chart invitations

If you choose to create or accept an online chart-comparison invitation, Astranyas uses an anonymous app identity and processes a minimized derived chart snapshot. The invitation link contains an opaque capability, not a birth date, time, place, coordinates, or chart prose.

The temporary snapshot contains an alias and allowlisted derived point longitudes needed to calculate the shared result. Raw birth details, time zone, birthplace and natal audit data are not sent as part of this snapshot. The server temporarily decrypts the derived points to calculate relationship factors, then deletes those temporary point payloads. The minimized shared result remains available only while the connection is active.

Invitations expire, can be revoked or declined, and require each participant’s explicit consent. Ending a shared connection removes access and schedules deletion of its remote-derived local saves. Limited non-content tombstones may be retained briefly for replay prevention and abuse control.

4. Account protection and infrastructure

Optional shared features and purchase verification use Google Firebase services, including anonymous authentication, App Check, Cloud Functions or Cloud Run, and protected database storage. These services may process technical security information such as app-integrity signals, an opaque installation identity, request timestamps, and error categories. We do not use that identity as a public profile.

5. Purchases

Apple or Google processes subscription purchases and offer-code redemption. We receive purchase identifiers and entitlement status needed to verify and restore Astranyas Premium. We do not receive your full card or bank details. Store account and purchase data is also governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms and privacy policy.

6. Analytics and advertising

Astranyas does not sell personal information or show third-party advertising.

Astranyas uses Amplitude for privacy-safe product analytics. Only a fixed, allowlisted list of product events can be sent — for example that onboarding started, a chart section or reading was opened, the app was resumed, an invitation flow started or finished, or a subscription was viewed, started, completed, failed or restored. Each event carries only bounded categories such as monthly or annual, App Store or Google Play, free or premium, and a coarse outcome. Birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, time zone, your profile alias, chart facts, reading text, Saved Insights, private notes, invitation links or codes, search queries, purchase tokens and error messages are never sent, and the app has no way to send them. Automatic screen, click, form, element, location and session-replay capture is disabled.

Analytics events are labelled with a random app identifier and a build tag that lets us exclude our own test devices. You can turn product analytics off at any time in Settings. Turning it off stops sending immediately and clears the analytics identifier on your device.

7. Retention and deletion

You can erase the local birth profile separately from online shared data in Settings. Local deletion removes the profile from app storage but does not silently delete an online identity; online deletion terminates its invitations and shared connections while preserving unrelated local-only data until you choose to remove it.

For online invitations, temporary point payloads are deleted after calculation or when an invitation expires, is revoked, or is declined. Active minimized relationship results are retained while the connection remains active. Terminal shared content is denied immediately and scheduled for deletion, with short-lived non-content security tombstones retained only for bounded replay and abuse prevention.

8. Security and international processing

Data in transit uses encrypted connections. Device data benefits from operating-system protections; backend access is restricted by authentication, app-integrity checks, service permissions, transaction rules and managed encryption. No system can guarantee absolute security. We are based in the United States, and service providers may process limited data in the United States or other regions where they operate.

9. Children

Astranyas is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to sup@agemoware.com.
