Email sup@agemoware.com with your question, device model, operating-system version and Astranyas app version. Never email a full birth-profile export, invitation code or purchase credential unless support specifically asks for a safe diagnostic.
Common questions
Where is my birth profile stored?
Your primary profile, Saved Insights and notes are stored in protected app storage on your device. Optional private invitations process a minimized derived chart snapshot as described in the Privacy Policy.
Why do some chart details need an exact birth time?
Houses, angles, the Ascendant and personal transits are time-sensitive. Astranyas omits unsupported detail rather than substituting noon or inventing precision. Review the recorded time and birthplace in Settings.
Why can’t I select my birthplace?
Choose a result from the suggestion list so Astranyas receives the place coordinates and time-zone evidence. Check your network connection and try a nearby official place name. If a selected result still fails, send support the place name and country—but not your complete birth details.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel through App Store subscriptions or Google Play Payments & subscriptions. Deleting Astranyas does not cancel billing.
I paid but Premium is still locked.
Open Settings → Premium and choose Restore Purchase while signed into the same store account. If it still fails, send support the store, product, approximate purchase time and non-sensitive receipt status. Do not send card details.
How do offer or promo codes work?
On iPhone, use Redeem a Code from the Premium screen and complete Apple’s redemption sheet. On Android, continue to Google Play, open the payment method and choose Redeem code. The store shows the final trial and renewal terms before confirmation.
How do I delete my data?
Settings separates the local birth profile from optional online shared data. Read each confirmation carefully: deleting one scope intentionally preserves the other until you choose to remove it.
